The Manager of Commercialization will support the Away-from-Home (AFH) and In-Store-Bakery (ISB) by leading the cross-functional execution of the commercialization pipeline from concept approval through launch and post-launch evaluation.This position will be responsible for coordinating the commercialization process, supporting stage-gate progression, identifying and mitigating execution risks, and ensuring alignment across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Finance, and Sales.
