Retail Sales Associate โ€“ Part Time - $14.00/hr.

We have an opening for part time Retail Sales Associate at our beautiful Sanders retail store located at 436 S Main St, Rochester MI. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a friendly, outgoing personality who wants to work with a great team in a fun, clean environment that smells amazing!

Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work various shifts Monday through Sunday, including holidays as needed. The starting pay rate is $14.00 per hour and you will be eligible for a 20% employee discount!

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing Sanders in a positive manner by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all of our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with the public and provide exceptional service
  • Maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge and merchandising
  • Prepare various treats and beverages according to guest specifications
  • Follow proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and serving products
  • Perform cash handling procedures

Qualifications
