Working Foreman / Field Supervisor โ€“ Lead High-Performance Industrial Painting & Sandblasting CrewsJob Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $23 to $32 per hour (based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.
  • Location: Dallas, TX.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader, bridging the gap between high-level project management and hands-on execution. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated crew from the front lines, ensuring technical excellence while directly contributing to the physical completion of large-scale industrial projects.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead daily jobsite operations by balancing high-level supervision with active, hands-on field work.
  • Direct and mentor field crews to maintain steady production flow and meet strict project deadlines.
  • Enforce rigorous safety and quality standards to ensure every project reflects company excellence.
  • Manage onsite logistics and organized reporting to provide leadership with clear project transparency.
  • Resolve real-time technical challenges on the jobsite to prevent delays and maintain workflow.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork by working alongside your crew in the field.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a field leadership or supervisory role within the construction or industrial trades.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a crew while simultaneously performing manual labor and technical tasks.
  • Strong track record of maintaining safety protocols and high productivity levels on active jobsites.
  • Possession of a valid Driverโ€™s License.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience in industrial or commercial painting and sandblasting.
  • Technical knowledge or experience working with concrete.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
  • Leadership skills.
