Job Description:
Maintain and repair the physical condition of the property, and equipment as necessary and as directed by the Property Manager to protect them from deterioration.
Job Requirements:
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair and masonry
  • Previous condo maintenance preferred
  • High school diploma or GED and related vocational training and or work experience
  • Must be able to communicate in English and read work orders
  • As a full-time employee, the Maintenance tech is required to work a minimum of forty hours each week.
  • The Maintenance person must be available to perform occasional on-call maintenance duties after hours when necessary.
  • The Maintenance person must provide his own hand tools, have valid driver's license and transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be self-motivated, able to identify an issue and solve it.
  • Must be a part of the big picture, a hard worker and a team player.
  • Must have good time management.
  • Complete and document work orders in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Identify and report building or property deficiencies or needs to the Property Manager.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, maintain a clean, safe, well organized work area and insure an adequate inventory supply.
