They are seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations Coordinator to support their Merchandising team by ensuring product data accuracy, managing sample tracking, and assisting with product development and execution.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support item setup in our product management systems and sales platforms with a strong focus on accuracy
โ€ข Maintain product specifications, descriptions, and data integrity across systems
โ€ข Ensure alignment between systems, catalogs, and sales tools
โ€ข Perform regular review and maintenance of sales platformsโ€™ data
โ€ข Support seasonal product setup timelines
โ€ข Prepare selling recaps and business summaries for Brand Managers and leadership
โ€ข Assist with pre-line development packages
