Job Title: Beverage Activation Specialist

FLSA status: Hourly Non-exempt (Part Time)

Reports To: Beverage Sampling Manager

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Role Summary

The Beverage Activation Specialist is a field-based role supporting Trulieve's growing beverage business. This position focuses on execution in-market, including beverage sampling, merchandising, shelf stocking, and events, while working closely with Sales Activators to support sales goals and brand visibility. The Beverage Activation Specialist position is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being in the field, working at events, and bringing brands to life at retail.

Responsibilities

Team leadership and development

  • Execute beverage samplings at off-premise retail locations
  • Support merchandising and shelf stocking to improve visibility and availability
  • Execute beverage sampling and brand activations at events, festivals, and promotional activations
  • Set up and break down sampling displays and POS materials
  • Engage consumers and represent the brand in a professional, approachable way
  • Complete post-event recaps and feedback
  • Travel regularly within your assigned region to support field needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Field marketing, brand ambassador, retail, or merchandising experience preferred
  • Beverage, cannabis, or CPG experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable and competent working independently in the field
  • Reliable, organized, and professional in retail environments
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to Travel as needed to support business and team goals.
  • Regular evenings and weekends are expected (event-heavy role)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

  • Frequently required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces; standing and being on feet for extended periods.
  • Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices.
  • Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools): push/pull objects up to 40 lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 40 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl).
  • Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position.
  • Occasionally required to remain in a seated position.

WORK SCHEDULE

Up to 30 hours weekly with flexible hours (hours will vary based on market activity) and travel as needed. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel up to 90% of work schedule to support the needs of the business.
