Job description

Rite Rug has been one of the top flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a detail oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team!
$40,000 a year
POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure all supplier and manufacturer claims are filed and proper credits are received and applied.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their specific requirements
  • Communicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner.
  • Obtain samples as needed
  • Coordinate returns
  • Make sure proper credits are received and applied
  • Maintain a good relationship with vendors and staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred.
  3. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
  4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
  5. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
