Location: Waltham, MA (Fully Onsite)

Position Summary

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist to support a cutting-edge clinical research laboratory focused on high-throughput sample analysis and biomarker testing. This role supports the processing, analysis, and documentation of clinical samples used in translational research and precision medicine programs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on laboratory experience working with biological samples, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a regulated, quality-focused environment.

This position is well suited for a Laboratory Technician, Research Associate, Clinical Laboratory Associate, or Molecular Biology professional looking to gain experience supporting large-scale clinical research initiatives.


Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Sample Processing & Analysis
  • Perform routine clinical sample analysis using established laboratory workflows and company-specific technologies.

  • Process biological samples, including handling, preparation, tracking, and analysis of large sample sets.

  • Follow established protocols, procedures, and quality standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency while working with high-volume clinical sample workflows.

Laboratory Operations & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate documentation within laboratory quality systems and electronic platforms.

  • Record sample information, analytical results, and workflow activities according to established procedures.

  • Support compliance with laboratory standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory workspace.

Equipment & Technical Support
  • Operate laboratory instrumentation and support routine equipment maintenance activities.

  • Assist with troubleshooting technical or sample-related issues.

  • Support equipment readiness, inventory management, and laboratory supply coordination.

  • Work alongside experienced team members to develop proficiency with specialized laboratory systems.

Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in:

Experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of laboratory experience required.
