Servers

Serving positions are available at all 3 locations: Ashburn, Chantilly, and Lansdowne.

We are looking for motivated, energetic, customer service oriented people to join our team. Not only are we the "off the hook" place to work but we offer great benefits and growth opportunities! We are hiring full-time and part-time employees for server positions.

Server Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
  • Learn menus and help customers select food and beverages.
  • Take/serve orders and answer questions and/or make recommendations for other menu items and present the daily special and promotions.
  • Take food orders and enter these accurately into the POS system for preparation.
  • Bus and clean dining tables as needed during dinner service.
  • Maintain clean and organized tables and work area. Inspect dining room serving stations for tidiness and sanitation. Sweep and mop common restaurant areas as needed.
  • Restock tabletop supplies such as salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Complete all opening and closing duties including but not limited to; POS transactions, turn in daily cash bank to the manager with Cashout report, clean, organize service and side work area and supplies.
  • Maintain all food and beverages and ensure compliance with all safety practices and regulations.
  • Issue bills and accept payment.
  • Follow guidelines for responsible consumption and age verification of alcohol.
  • Provided welcoming and attentive service to every guest.
  • Servers must be at least 18 years of age.
