Position Overview

Stronger Together Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position promises an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of individuals seeking support for their mental health needs. You will serve clients from the comfort of your own home, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing high-quality therapeutic services.

We provide services to individuals who may be facing emotional challenges and looking for guidance. Our platform allows Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to connect with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, ensuring our therapists can focus on what they do best: delivering effective therapy.

Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work from wherever you are most comfortable, providing a unique environment that fosters productivity and personal focus. Our outpatient office model encourages collaborative team meetings and professional development opportunities through online platforms. Your role includes the flexibility to schedule sessions within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have a structured day while catering to clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand clients' needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver client-centered therapy utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients cope with their challenges.
  • Establish therapeutic goals with clients, tracking progress and celebrating achievements along the way.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for each session to ensure compliance and quality of care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and pursuing continuing education to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity clients who have been pre-screened for therapy needs, often dealing with everyday challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help foster resilience and positive mental health outcomes for these individuals, promoting their overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • A current and valid Tennessee licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, free from any disciplinary actions.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing virtual therapy platforms effectively.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations, adapting therapeutic practices to meet varied client needs.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
