Position Summary:

Our Lead Generation Specialists create selling opportunities for the Outside Sales group by calling prospects pushed to them from our EXISTING DATABASE and scheduling face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. The LGS position provides the "fuel" for our Sales "engine" and is critical to our success - which is why WE PAY SO WELL for it!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Creating Sales opportunities by calling from our existing database to secure onsite meetings for our Outside Sales reps
  • Updating leads with accurate coding and notes based on each call's result
  • Utilizing provided tools for proper mapping distances between appointment sets

Required Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Excellent communication skills - clear and confident verbal presentation
  • The ability to overcome objections and articulate value
  • Results-oriented, with a high level of accountability
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • High Energy & Positivity
  • Active Listening skills (necessary to read and understand prospects, managers and teammates)
  • Must be organized and possess good time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Computer/Tech-savvy

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Previous Call Center experience and/or Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation experience
  • Previous experience with CRM software and Pipeline Management
  • Previous work experience in the following industries:
  • Collections
  • Door-to-Door/Canvasing
  • Retail
  • Hiring Bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment
