Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Salon Assistant/Apprentice. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty industry and eager to embark on a rewarding career in hairdressing. The Salon Assistant/Apprentice will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience under the guidance of our experienced salon professionals while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients upon arrival and assist in their salon journey by ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
2. Shampoo, condition, and rinse clients' hair to prepare them for cutting, styling, or coloring.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing equipment and tools regularly.
4. Assist hairstylists and colorists in various tasks, such as mixing hair color, applying color, and preparing foils.
5. Support hairstylists during haircuts, blowouts, and styling, including sectioning hair, handing them tools, and following their instructions.
6. Perform basic salon services like scalp massages and hair treatments
7. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding towels and capes.
8. Ensure the stock of salon supplies is maintained by checking inventory regularly and notifying management when products need to be replenished.
9. Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and provide a warm and friendly environment for clients.
10. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through internal training sessions and external courses.
11. Adhere to salon policies and regulations, including maintaining client confidentiality and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience is not a requirement but MUST have or be in the process of getting Cosmetology License.
