Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Train and coach individual salespeople and assist in closing deals
  • Oversee and optimize the used vehicle sales process
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Manage and maintain used vehicle inventory to maximize profitability
