Job description

Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Location: Princeton, NJ 
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years on Salesforce.com with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
  • Should have developed architecture and design for multiple client engagements using Service cloud features
  • Experience in migrating legacy Service cloud chat to MIAW
  • Experience in highly customized instance with plugins like neura flash to accommodate large files in the chat window up to 25 GB, which need to be migrated
  • Omni studio implementation and certification
  • 3+ years of experience in architecting and designing systems on Force.com platform
  • Led 2 – 3 architecture and consulting engagements
  • Accountable for the overall Service cloud (MIAW/Chat functionality) technical solution and its successful implementation with ‘configure first’ approach.
  • Responsible for Architecture and high-level solution design
  • Define development guidelines and test execution plans.
  • Guide the Scrum Master and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and activity sequencing within the project.
  • Will also be hands on in delivering the requirements.
  • Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce.com.
  • Good understanding of different Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force,LWC,HTML,CSS, Javascript SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
  • Experienced in ETL processes, experience using EAI tools would be an added advantage
  • In depth understanding and experience in implementing single signon, web security, Salesforce application security
  • Should have good work experience in implementing Service cloud design patterns
  • Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits
  • Should have deployment experience using ANT tool or change set, data migration using data loader and other commercial tools.
  • AppExchange product development experience would be added advantage
  • Understanding of Server side and Client side technologies
  • Published POV and White Papers on Salesforce, Cloud and SaaS platforms
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, App Builder, Service Cloud,Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  • Financial Service Cloud(FSC) Certification ( added advantage)
