Associate Auction Coordinator– Brooklyn, NY Office - Part Time

Position Overview 


The Associate Auction Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support for our auction events and related processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.  

Compensation:$20 per hour 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and maintain auction-related documentation, ensuring compliance with state statutes and company policies. 

  • Perform quality checks (QC) on key documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

  • Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage leads, update records, and generate reports. 

  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and logistical coordination of auction activities. 

  • Draft, review, and send professional correspondence and announcements as needed. 

  • Support compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies. 

  • Provide responsive support via email, phone, and in person to internal teams and auction attendees. 

  • Contribute to special projects, administrative initiatives, and process improvements. 

  • Manage office tasks including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Qualifications 

  • Prior administrative or office coordination experience required. 

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe to support event and administrative operations. 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred; ability to learn quickly if not already proficient. 

  • Strong business writing and professional email etiquette skills. 

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
