Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Business Systems Operations Manager, the Business Systems & Salesforce Manager is a strategic partner responsible for optimizing itrek's technology ecosystem to drive growth and efficiency. You will own the operational health of our core platforms, lead the organization's AI and automation strategy, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with an "automation-first" mindset, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and organizational mission.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and knowledge sharing: Establish governance frameworks, manage user access, maintain documentation, and lead training initiatives to ensure reliable system performance, operational consistency, and widespread user adoption.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience required, including system configuration, security, reporting, automation, and user management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, gather business requirements, and translate organizational needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Experience administering business systems, managing integrations between platforms, and leading cross-functional technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing AI-powered automations (e.g., via Make.com, Zapier, or native AI platform integrations).
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) implementation, prompt engineering, or AI tool administration in a business context.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, automations, documentation, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
  • Experience administering FormAssembly, including Salesforce Connectors (prefill and post-submission), HTTP Connectors, and basic CSS customization.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Monday.com automations.
  • Experience with Make.com or similar integration and workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience managing third-party technology vendors and consultants.
Professional Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across departments and serve as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Passion for continuous process improvement and leveraging technology to support organizational goals.
  • Passion for itrek's mission.
Benefits (US Only)
  • A dynamic non-profit organization
  • Salary Range: $75 - $85K; Commensurate with experience
  • Generous vacation time package, including Jewish and American holidays, and the ability to leave early for Shabbat and Jewish holidays
