Scope of Work & Deliverables

  • Multi-Cloud Solution Architecture: Design and document target-state architecture blueprints connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, delivering a seamless 360-degree customer view.
  • Data Flow & Journey Integration: Architect lead-to-opportunity lifecycles and high-throughput data pipelines between Marketing Cloud (MC Connect, Journey Builder, Data Extensions) and Core Salesforce.
  • Service Cloud Transformation: Deliver architecture specifications for Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, Service Console, and self-service integrations.
  • Data Cloud Strategy (Preferred not required – huge plus): Advise on or architect data ingestion streams, Identity Resolution rules, Data Spaces, and real-time activation scenarios leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Integration & Security Design: Define robust enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Event-Driven/Pub-Sub, Middleware/MuleSoft) and identity/access management frameworks (SSO, OAuth).
  • Technical Governance & Quality Control: Establish coding and automation standards (Apex, LWC, Flow), conduct code/design reviews, and ensure scalability against LDV constraints and governor limits.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Demonstrated Expertise: 8+ years as a Salesforce Architect/Lead Consultant with proven enterprise multi-cloud implementations.
  • Marketing Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Marketing Cloud Connect, AMPscript, Journey Builder, SQL Queries, and Data Extensions.
  • Core Platform Mastery: Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Advanced Flow Design, SOQL/SOSL, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
  • Data Cloud Readiness (Plus): Direct project exposure or certified knowledge in Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and data modeling.
  • Business Independence: Ability to operate autonomously, manage milestones, present architecture options to executives, and drive technical decision-making.
