This roleis responsible forthe strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related enterprise platforms that support core business functions across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.

What You'll Deliver

  • Delivered a scalable, secure Salesforce platform supporting complex enterprise processes such as CPQ, contract lifecycle, forecasting, and analytics across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Built, coached, and retained a high-performing Salesforce engineering team, including hiring, performance management, and career development.

  • Driven architectural and engineering decisions that reduced technical debt, expanded automation, and measurably improved platform performance and end-user productivity.

  • Partnered cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing competing priorities.

  • Owned end-to-end Salesforce engineering strategy, including custom development, integrations, CI/CD, environment management, and release governance.

  • Established and enforced engineering standards, code quality expectations, and documentation practices that ensured predictable, high-quality delivery.

  • Led seamless integrations between Salesforce and core enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, support platforms, and data warehouses.

  • Supported private equity operating rhythms, including KPI instrumentation, audit readiness, board-level reporting, and platform roadmap planning.

  • Owned platform governance encompassing security model, permissions, data integrity, and change control processes.

  • Evaluated and applied emerging Salesforce capabilities in AI, automation, and DevOps to drive continuous platform improvement.

What You'll Bring

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering or development, with deepexpertisein Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform architecture.

  • 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including senior developers or technical leads.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce at scale in a SaaS or enterprise environment.

  • Strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Experience as a Salesforce PlatformDeveloper

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Salesforce PlatformDeveloperCertificationand additional Salesforce certificationsstronglypreferred.

  • Experience in legal technology, professional services, or B2B SaaS environments.

  • Hands-on experience with CPQ, complex automation, or enterprise-grade integrations.

  • Familiarity with agile development practices and modern DevOps methodologies.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
