Duration:- Full Time

Job Description

  • BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.
  • Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.
  • Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
  • Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
  • Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
  • Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving
  • Salesforce certified architect
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Designing architecture based on E&U Cloud, vlocity knowledge and capabilities
