Lead Developer/Sr Developers:
Candidates for the Salesforce software engineer role must have (5-7 years of experience):
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Apex, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with configuring and enhancing Salesforce Industry CPQ solutions.
• Experience developing UI components using Aura Bundles and LWC.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, third-party integrations, and cloud-based services.
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Experience working with multi-functional teams such as design, product, and data teams to deliver great user experiences.
• Understanding computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms to ensure consistency with software engineering standard methodologies, including object-oriented and functional programming.
Candidate must have good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.An openness to learning new technologies.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to work well alone and with others.Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously, as required.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports engineering projects bydeveloping software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, andpreparing reports and calculations. Expected to supervise associateengineers on occasion.
  • Understand system protocols, howsystems operate, and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits.Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Understands thebuilding blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required tocomplete software and automation work. Independent study of currenttechnology.
  • Present project improvementscenarios to management for consideration.
  • Monitor and influence relevantindustry technologies and standards.
  • Present highly technical conceptsto both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
  • Continuously learns, createscontent, and teaches others specific subject areas.
  • Informally coaches andcontributes to the development of others through mentoring or in-houseworkshops and learning sessions. Develops engineers across functionalteams on technology decisions.
  • Develops, designs, and implementsnew ideas that utilize new frameworks to improve an existing or newsystem/process/service.
  • Investigative independent studyand problem-solving for non-routine tasks.
