We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help scale and evolve our Go-To-Market systems and business operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security teams to architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve productivity, data quality, automation, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems.

Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation

Partner with stakeholders across GTM and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards

Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms

Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives

Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle while establishing engineering best practices, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation.

Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives

Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI Salesforce offerings.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments

Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security

Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft

Familiarity with NetSuite and quote‑to‑cash business processes strongly preferred

Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices

Experience working with Agile development methodologies

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Experience working in high‑growth SaaS or technology companies preferred

Nice to Have
