Salesforce Project Managers are professionals who oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving Salesforce, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform. They coordinate between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and according to requirements. Their duties include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Salesforce Project Managers typically have expertise in both project management methodologies and the Salesforce platform.
