Telecom Support Engineer (Telephony)

Job Title: Telecom Support Engineer (Telephony)
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite 3–4 days/week)
Client: Healthcare

Seeking a Telecom Support Engineer with hands-on telephony support experience. Must have experience supporting enterprise phone systems, troubleshooting voice/network issues, managing user requests, and working with Cisco telephony technologies in a healthcare environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Any Experience with Five9 will be a plus - However traning on Five9 contactcenter will be provided
