Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects
• Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes
• Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Maintain documentation for solution design and processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• 10 - 20 Years of experience
• Salesforce, Agile, Project Management experience
• 15–20 years of IT experience
• 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills
• Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project
