About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of Revenue Cloud solutions. This role combines deep Revenue Cloud expertise with cross-cloud architectural leadership and practice-building responsibilities. 

You will partner closely with the Revenue Cloud Lead SME to evolve our practice, mentor internal talent, define delivery standards, and ensure high-quality solution architecture across complex Salesforce implementations. 

This role is focused primarily on architecture, technical delivery excellence, governance, and capability growth.  

The role will be hybrid, based ideally in Toronto but opened to other locations.

Role and Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership 

  • Own end-to-end Quote-to-Revenue architecture across Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations. 
  • Design scalable pricing, quoting, billing, and contract lifecycle solutions. 
  • Translate complex monetization models into structured Salesforce configurations. 
  • Define enterprise data models supporting CPQ and billing processes. 
  • Establish best practices for product modeling, pricing governance, and approval frameworks. 
  • Ensure alignment between Salesforce, Finance, ERP, and downstream systems. 
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance across projects. 
  • Lead technical design authority sessions and solution reviews. 
  • De-risk implementations through strong architecture patterns and governance. 

Revenue Cloud Expertise 

  • Architect advanced pricing strategies including subscription, usage-based, hybrid, ramp, and consumption models. 
  • Design renewal, amendment, and co-termination logic. 
  • Define billing integration patterns and revenue recognition considerations. 
  • Support scalable product catalog strategy and lifecycle governance. 
  • Guide performance optimization for complex CPQ environments. 

Practice Growth & Capability Development 

  • Partner with the Revenue Cloud Lead SME to strengthen and scale the practice. 
  • Develop reusable accelerators, templates, architecture patterns, and implementation frameworks. 
  • Contribute to methodology refinement and internal best practices. 
  • Support internal training and enablement initiatives. 
  • Mentor architects, consultants, and developers in Revenue Cloud capabilities. 
  • Help expand Revenue Cloud knowledge across the broader Salesforce practice. 

Cross-Cloud & Enterprise Alignment 

  • Ensure cohesive integration between Revenue Cloud and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. 
  • Architect integration strategies with ERP and financial systems. 
  • Define API, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns. 
  • Design secure and scalable access models. 
  • Align Salesforce architecture with enterprise IT standards and governance. 
Qualifications and Experience  

Required qualifications 

  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience. 
  • 3+ years of Revenue Cloud / Salesforce CPQ experience. 
  • Proven experience architecting complex Quote-to-Cash solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles. 
  • Experience leading architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Rootstock, etc.). 
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring teams and driving delivery standards. 
  • Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments preferred. 

Certifications (Preferred) 

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist 
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant 
  • Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect 
  • Other certifications such as Sales, Service, MuleSoft and Data Cloud

Compensation (Ontario)  

The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate. 

Estimated salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 per year.
