What will your typical day look like?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize PowerShell and APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) for automation to reduce manual efforts and drive consistency.
  • Manage On-Prem Active Directory OU’s, various account types, groups and access.
  • Deliver multi-cloud IAM services by managing accounts, roles, and permissions. Automate deployment patterns across Azure, AWS, and GCP to ensure consistent identity management.
  • Manage Github workflows, CI\CD pipelines and use terraform for IAM.
  • Develop integrated and orchestrated automation and process improvement for products like VEEAM, VMware, Active Directory, MIM, ServiceNow, Azure, AWS, GCP, RHEL.
  • Support and facilitate the incident management process through collaboration with the Global Network Operations Center.
  • Manage and maintain operations and maintenance for the suite of tools that the Process and Security Engineering Team looks after in line with change management processes.
  • Routinely review services to ensure reliability, stability, and security.
  • Facilitate and implement continual improvement to provide ongoing value to the business.

Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of PowerShell and working with APIs.
  • Hands on experience with Cloud IAM services.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS and GCP services Iaas, PaaS and Saa Services.
  • Experience with Github workflows, DevOps pipelines and Terraform.
  • SDLC knowledge with code and tasks management in ADO and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Backup and Replication technologies, and Cloud Providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sensitivity and cultural awareness.
  • Ability to operate within a process-driven organization.

Educational and Work Experience Requirements:

  • 6 years experience in an IT development engineering role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or a related field.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
