Revely Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Indianapolis, IN Full time Company website

We're looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to join our delivery team. You'll own the strategy, solution design, and delivery across a portfolio of Revely client accounts, working daily with client stakeholders to solve real business, revenue, and sales challenges on Salesforce. We expect you to be able to run with it. We also make sure you're never running alone: there's always a teammate, a mentor, or a next certification to help you level up.

About Revely

Revely is a fast-growing Salesforce partner consulting firm that helps marketing, revenue, and business leaders maximize the value of Salesforce. Our team of dynamic marketers, strategists, and technologists is reimagining the marketing technology service experience, and we are looking for our next great teammate. We know that the job of the Marketer has never been more difficult. And we know that the technology service landscape can be short on astonishingly great service. Revely empowers Marketers, brands, and business leaders to harness the full capability of todayโ€™s advanced technology to create memorable experiences that drive attributable impact. And we deliver on that promise by empowering intelligent, experienced, and engaging Salesforce Marketers to operate as an infinitely accessible, proactive, caring, and strategic extension of our clientโ€™s teams.

DescriptionRevely

Revely is a fast-growing Salesforce partner consulting firm. We help sales, marketing, service, and data leaders get more out of the Salesforce platform than they thought possible.

Our team of strategists and technologists is rewriting what great Salesforce delivery looks like, and we're looking for our next great teammate to help us do it.

The job of the revenue leader has never been harder. Pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and rep productivity all live or die on how well Salesforce is built and maintained. We help sales and business leaders harness everything the platform can do today, including its newest AI and agentic capabilities, to build revenue engines that are faster and more predictable. We do it by hiring sharp, experienced Salesforce consultants and giving them real room to operate as a genuine extension of our clients' teams.

What You'll Own
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce advisor across your portfolio of client accounts, owning each relationship from discovery through delivery. You're able to run solo, backed by a team that's got you
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and Revely teammates to translate business and revenue goals into practical, well-architected Sales Cloud solutions
  • Design and configure Sales Cloud, plus adjacent core products such as Service Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud, to support territory management, forecasting, pipeline, and quoting processes
  • Evaluate where Agentforce and other AI-driven automation can responsibly extend a client's Salesforce instance, and scope and build those solutions where appropriate. This is a standard part of the role, not a specialty add-on
  • Build and maintain declarative and code-based customizations, including Flow, Apex, and Lightning components, as needed to meet client requirements
  • Lead system testing, validation, and data migration to ensure new and existing solutions perform reliably
  • Provide handsโ€‘on training and enablement to end users and admins to drive adoption
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with all project stakeholders, including status reporting and risk escalation
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior teammates supporting your accounts
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform releases and serve as a trusted advisor on future roadmap and enhancement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, current documentation across internal and clientโ€‘facing systems
What You Bring
  • A proven track record independently delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud work, whether implementations, optimizations, or ongoing managed services, for midโ€‘market to enterprise clients
  • Required or inโ€‘progress certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Certifications that strengthen your candidacy: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, and Agentforce Specialist
  • Strong handsโ€‘on configuration skills across Sales Cloud, with working knowledge of Service Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud
  • Comfort configuring, troubleshooting, and advising on Agentforce agents and other AIโ€‘driven automation as a baseline solutioning skill
  • Proficiency with Flow, Apex, Lightning components, and SOQL, plus experience integrating Salesforce with thirdโ€‘party systems via API
  • Excellent clientโ€‘facing communication and consulting skills: you can run a discovery session and defend a solution design on your own, with a team ready to weigh in whenever you want a second opinion
  • Comfort managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities simultaneously; you'll always have a portfolio of accounts, not just one
  • Prior experience partnering directly with sales, RevOps, or business development teams

As a Reveler, here's what you can expect:

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package, including healthcare and 401k
  • Flexible PTO
  • An ultra collaborative, fastโ€‘paced, entrepreneurial work environment with the opportunity for immediate impact
  • Continuing education and certification incentives
  • A flexible hybrid work environment
  • Opportunities to attend industry and Salesforce events
This Is You
  • You genuinely like helping people solve business problems with Salesforce, and you have a track record of exceeding client expectations
  • You're selfโ€‘motivated and always chasing the next level: a new cert, a new product, a harder problem
  • You can run an account on your own, and you're just as quick to ask for help. Ego doesn't get in the way of good work
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to help build a fastโ€‘growing consultancy, not just staff a project
  • You're an engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to both handsโ€‘on admins and business executives
  • You're passionate about supporting causes beyond your work, whether that's arts, culture, education, community, health, or faith
