Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support enterprise-level digital marketing initiatives for a large-scale client. This role requires strong hands-on development skills within SFMC and complementary experience in API integrations, data handling, and platform connectivity with Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic, personalized marketing campaigns using SSJS and AMPscript
  • Design and build data-driven email programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with internal and external APIs, including REST/SOAP integrations and middleware platforms like MuleSoft
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to manage, extract, and analyze complex data sets
  • Configure and manage MobileConnect, handling opt-in/opt-out compliance and integration with third-party systems
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Stay current with marketing technology trends and bring innovative thinking to campaign development

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional development experience, with 4+ years focused in SFMC
  • Strong command of SSJS, AMPscript, and Email Studio
  • Experience with API development/integration, especially in marketing data pipelines
  • Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling and complex structures
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integrations
