Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communities.
  • Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to verify system functionality and performance.
  • Identify and document defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test cases align with business needs.
  • Participate in designing and reviewing user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure new features and enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce applications and related technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce testing.
  • Customer onboarding – Coordinating with new customers and getting their data loaded. (manually or using a data loader)
  • Customer support tracking and responses – Responding and tracking all issues reported by existing customers
  • Creating reports which help with the billing/invoicing
  • Creating customer success reports
  • New team member onboarding and training. ‍
     

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce QA
  • Proven experience in Manual testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. ‍
