Job Summary:
We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Manual Test Engineer who thrives on diving deep into the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring impeccable quality across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The right candidate will be a critical player in performing end-to-end functional testing, mastering the art of defect isolation, and fostering robust collaborations to enhance product integrity. With a focus on manual test case design, execution, and maintenance, this role promises a challenging yet fulfilling opportunity to elevate our Salesforce applications' quality, ensuring alignment with business processes and ultimate user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce environments, including custom objects and Lightning components.
  • Author and execute end-to-end test scenarios across various Salesforce modules ensuring data integrity and system interoperability.
  • Leverage SOQL for extensive data validation, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data models.
  • Conduct regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Lead the creation and management of essential test artifacts, driving continuous improvement through quality metrics analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce platform testing across various clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience).
  • Profound knowledge in SOQL for data validation and relationship mapping.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (preferably Postman) and techniques.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing within the Salesforce ecosystem is essential.
