Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Platform Administrator to serve as the overall owner of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business-partnering with stakeholders, driving platform enhancements, and helping shape the future direction of Salesforce across the organization.
This is not a traditional support-focused Salesforce Administrator role. You'll have the opportunity to influence platform strategy, partner with Marketing, Business Development, and operational teams, lead enhancement initiatives, and help expand Salesforce capabilities as the organization continues to grow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Ownership
  • Serve as a key owner and steward of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce administration, including user access, security, permissions, flows, validation rules, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that improve business processes.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
  • Support platform governance, data quality initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Business Partnership & Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and leadership teams to understand priorities and build a strategic Salesforce roadmap.
  • Help evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Prioritize and coordinate enhancements across multiple stakeholder groups and competing business needs.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, including leadership teams.
Development, Enhancements & Integrations
  • Configure, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform, process, and data issues.
  • Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, including automation, campaigns, journeys, integrations, and data management.
  • Participate in the ongoing expansion and enhancement of Salesforce capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience supporting complex business environments.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce CRM environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Healthcare Cloud, or similar Salesforce platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • Flow Builder
    • Validation Rules
    • Security & Permissions
    • Reporting & Dashboards
    • Data Governance & Data Quality
  • Experience supporting or partnering with Marketing teams utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience developing, enhancing, or delivering Salesforce solutions for sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, custom development, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience working directly with multiple stakeholder groups and business leaders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing prioritiess.

  • Salesforce Healthcare Cloud experience.
