Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8–10+ years in Salesforce with lead experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows (mandatory).
  • 2+ years of Copado DevOps experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and release management.
  • Proven experience in DevOps consulting and assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrations.
  • Salesforce Certification in PD2 is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Apex (advanced development).
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Flows (complex automation & orchestration).
  • Design and implement Copado-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define branching strategies, release governance, and quality gates.
  • Conduct DevOps assessments and recommend transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive environment strategy, deployment automation, and compliance.
  • Lead client workshops and executive presentations.
  • Mentor teams and enforce engineering best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
