Job Title- Salesforce Developer

Location-Houston,Texas or Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Developer with expertise in Apex programming, and Salesforce development best practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance our sales and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Develop and manage complex triggers, workflows, process automation, and batch jobs to support business processes.
  • Optimize and refactor existing Apex code for performance and maintainability

Health Cloud Implementation

  • Customize and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud to support patient and provider engagement.
  • Configure Care Plans, Clinical Data Models, and Health Cloud Components based on business needs.
  • Integrate EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems, HL7, and FHIR standards where applicable.
  • Sales & Service Cloud Enhancements
  • Work closely with Sales and Service teams to improve Lead, Opportunity, and Case Management processes.
  • Build and maintain custom Lightning components for an enhanced user experience.
  • Integration & API Development
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or external systems.
  • Implement OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication mechanisms.
