Job Description:

We are seekingexperienced Salesforce Developer who has previously worked within TA environments and understands its systems, architecture, and business processes.
The ideal candidate will contribute to development, customization, and support of Salesforce applications while leveraging prior organizational knowledge to accelerate delivery and reduce onboarding time
Salesforce Developer with prior experience working at TA to support and enhance its Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations, along with a deep understanding of existing TA systems, data models, and business processes.
Responsibilities
Developing and customizing Salesforce applications, building and optimizing APIs, supporting integrations with downstream systems, and participating in Agile development cycles.
Candidates should be proficient in troubleshooting, code optimization, and deployment processes using tools like Copado or CI/CD pipelines, with solid experience in Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, data migration, and security models.
Prior exposure to insurance or financial services workflows within TA is mandatory,
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly contribute with minimal onboarding due to familiarity with the organization’s environment.
