  • Partner with customers to accelerate technology modernization and adoption of AI for transforming their business processes across Front Office systems.
  • Lead customer discussions, workshops, and discovery engagements to build and win new business pipeline.
  • Define and communicate the engineering vision and technology strategy for products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
  • Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of complex Salesforce programs.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and organizational strategy by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
  • Establish engineering KPIs, governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance engineering velocity and innovation.
  • Engage with clients, participate in alliance and community forums, shape solutioning for Salesforce-led engagements, and remain partially billable on key strategic engagements.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales, solution architect, or revenue-generating role.
  • Salesforce architect certifications required in one or more of: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, AI Data Cloud Consultant.
