Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize digital marketing programs across Salesforce and connected platforms. This role will support campaign execution, lead nurturing, reporting, and website content management, while driving measurable performance through SEO, GEO targeting, PPC, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud campaign automation, and performance tracking using Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Salesforce Management
  • Build, execute, and optimize automated email journeys and nurture campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage Salesforce campaign setup, tracking, and reporting for all marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain clean lead data, ensure accurate campaign attribution, and support database segmentation strategies.
  • Develop scoring, grading, and automation rules to improve lead qualification and handoff to sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline reporting, lead routing, and campaign engagement insights.

Campaign Development & Execution
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns including email, landing pages, forms, paid media, and website promotions.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets including templates, dynamic content, and campaign landing pages.
  • Support event, webinar, and trade show campaigns from build-out through follow-up reporting.

Website & CMS Support (Storyblok)
  • Update and manage website content in Storyblok, ensuring brand consistency and optimized user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to publish product pages, blogs, and campaign landing pages.
  • Ensure content follows SEO best practices and supports lead generation goals.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce dashboards, and Account Engagement reporting tools.
  • Create regular reporting on marketing KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, engagement, MQLs, and pipeline impact.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across campaign channels.

SEO, GEO, PPC & Digital Performance
  • Support ongoing SEO strategy, including keyword tracking, metadata optimization, and content performance improvements.
  • Assist in developing GEO-targeted campaigns and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Manage or support PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) including performance monitoring and lead tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies to improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency using AI-powered marketing tools, including prompt engineering for content generation, research, campaign ideation, personalization, and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of AI governance, content quality assurance, and best practices for integrating AI into marketing processes.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign tracking, attribution, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing or supporting PPC, SEO, and digital campaign reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms; Storyblok experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B marketing, construction, architecture, manufacturing, or technical industries.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, UTM strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and A/B testing.
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports for marketing and sales leadership.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, marketing data hygiene, and segmentation strategies.

Work Environment:
  • This position operates from both a professional office environment and a home office environment.
  • Meetings with customers will take place in offices, on construction jobsites and in public environments such as coffee shops and restaurants.
  • Electronic communication will take place on a company provided laptop via e-mail and other internet forms of communication.
  • Primary phone contact will be made by company provided mobile phone.
  • Some travel may be required (up to 25%)

Basic Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience. Degree in Marketing or Communications a plus.
  • Experience in reading construction drawings and specifications a plus. Demonstrated aptitude will be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Computer proficiency including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,LLM's. Experience with Prezi, SAP, Power BI a plus.

Additional Qualifications:
Must possess credit worthiness and a major credit card with a sufficient limit to maintain monthly travel expenses until reimbursed by the company.
