Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce developer with 5+ years of experience, who will be responsible for designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions by working closely with Senior Salesforce consultants.  You will customize, develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize clients’ Salesforce applications.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include the following:

  • Design and development of custom solutions on Salesforce platform
  • Implement solutions using various custom development options such as Visualforce, APEX and Lightening Web Components
  • Utilize standard Salesforce features such as custom objects, lightning pages, lightning flows to meet customer requirements
  • Be able to translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that best leverage the platform
  • Complete data loads and data migrations
  • Identify problems, develop ideas and propose solutions within differing situations requiring analytical, evaluative or constructive thinking in daily work
  • Prepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and management
  • Apply creative thinking to identify possible reporting solution alternatives
  • Other duties assigned as needed.
  • Onsite work as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

In addition to a candidate possessing demonstrable experience in the responsibilities described above, the successful candidate will also meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of custom development experience, with Salesforce.com platform
  • Salesforce automation experience using Process builder and Flow is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of data migration processes and experience with Data loader and other data management tools
  • Custom development experience with Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, and Triggers
  • Intermediate level SQL skills- read & write their own queries
  • Has Platform Developer II Certification (or equivalent experience)
