Role: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect
Location: Coppell, Texas
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week

Role Overview:
The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect is responsible for designing and governing Brink s global Lead-to-Contract architecture, with a primary focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Product Catalog, Pricing, Contract Lifecycle, and enterprise integrations.

This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Legal, Contract Management, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable commercial capabilities across global markets while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Cloud Architecture:
Own the end-to-end Salesforce Lead-to-Contract solution architecture.
Lead the design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced capabilities including Product Catalog, Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Transaction Management, and Contracting.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and reusable architecture patterns.
Define global architecture standards, design principles, and platform guardrails.

Product Catalog & Pricing:
Design and govern the enterprise Product Catalog supporting products, services, bundles, pricing, and commercial offerings.
Define scalable pricing models including list pricing, negotiated pricing, discounts, promotions, subscriptions, and regional pricing.
Partner with Product and Commercial teams to standardize product definitions and pricing strategies.
Establish governance for product lifecycle, versioning, localization, and catalog maintenance.

Contract Lifecycle:
Architect the end-to-end contracting process from Quote through Contract generation, approval, eSignature, activation, amendments, renewals, and termination.
Partner with Legal and Contract Management teams to design scalable contracting processes.
Define integrations with CLM and eSignature platforms such as DocuSign.
Ensure commercial terms remain consistent across Salesforce, contracts, billing, and downstream fulfillment systems.

Integration Architecture:
Own Salesforce integration architecture with ERP, Billing, Finance, Identity, Customer Master, Provisioning, Fulfillment, Marketing, and external partner platforms.
Design secure and scalable API, event-driven, and middleware integration patterns.
Define system ownership, data synchronization, error handling, monitoring, and operational support models.
Ensure integrations follow enterprise security, scalability, and resiliency standards.

Platform Strategy & Governance:
Define the Salesforce target architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce, Marketing Cloud and Agentforce.
Lead architecture reviews and evaluate Build vs Buy vs Extend decisions.
Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Overall 15+ years of experience in IT including 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
Deep expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
Strong experience designing Product Catalogs, Pricing Models, Product Configuration, Quoting, and Contracting solutions.
Experience implementing Lead-to-Contract or Lead-to-Cash business processes.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and event-driven architecture.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, Billing, Finance, CLM, and external enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, governance, and release management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Product, Legal, Sales Operations, and Technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementation experience.
Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certification.
Experience with DocuSign, CLM platforms, Salesforce Billing, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
Experience delivering global Salesforce implementations across multiple countries and business units.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
