Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and Salesforce administrators to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Experience with Service Cloud, AI-enabled workflows, enterprise integrations, and Agile product delivery is highly preferred.

  • Own the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, and administrators.
  • Optimize customer and employee workflows using Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
