Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer              
Job Location: Torrance , CA
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

1. Technical Leadership Delivery

     a. Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce platform ensuring solutions meet performance scalability and               security standards.

     b. Oversee and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators providing guidance on standards and best practices.

     c. Well versed with hands on experience on Apex, LWC, integrations and CI/CD

     d. Review solution designs and technical specifications before development begins

     e. Own the technical backlog and coordinate with product owner to align technical priorities

     f. Code review to enforce and ensure quality is consistent and continuous.

2. Solution Design Development

    a. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications with Solution designs and data models

    b. Lead the team to develop high quality reusable components using

        i. Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC, Flows, automation tools and SOQL/SOSL queries

        ii.Design secure and scalable sharing models permission sets and roles

3. Integration Ownership

    a. Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

        i. REST SOAP APIs

        ii. Middleware integration

        iii. Event driven patterns, Platform Events Streaming API

    b. Troubleshoot integration failures in production and optimize performance as needed.

4. Governance and Best Practices

    a. Establish to enforce and evangelize Salesforce development best practices coding standards and DevOps processes

    b. Conduct code reviews unit testing and technical QA

    c. Ensure compliance with org limits, governor limits and Salesforce security guidelines

5. Cross Functional Collaboration

    a. Work with enterprise architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to validate feasibility of requirements

    b. Convert functional requirements into technical tasks for the development team

    c. Support UAT cycles resolve defects and facilitate knowledge transfer

6. Documentation Support

   a. Create and maintain technical documentation including

      i. Data flow diagrams

      ii. API specifications

      iii. Deployment guides

      iv. Coding standards

7. Provide L3 support for complex production issues

Required Qualifications

Experience

10+ years of hands on technical experience working with Salesforce

6+ years leading Salesforce AMS/development teams

At least 1-2 projects in financial services domain/customers. 

Experience working external customer facing portal applications. 

Hands-on experience with enterprise level Salesforce implementations

Technical Skills

Expertise in:

• Apex classes triggers, asynchronous operations

• Lightning Web Components LWC

• SOQLSOSL

• Flows and automation

• Experience cloud portal implementation and customization

• Marketing Cloud exposure

• Integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications 

• Strong command of integration technologies RESTSOAP middleware event driven architecture

• Strong understanding of

• Governor limits, performance tuning

• CICD and DevOps
