JOB DETAILS:-
Client: TCS
Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant- Databricks+CRM Activation
Core Experience
• 3+ years in data integration / data platform engineering / enterprise CRM data architecture (or equivalent).
• At least 1 enterprise implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) in production, with hands-on configuration and delivery experience (not only advisory).
Required
Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce development Skills
• Enable and configure Data Cloud features, objects, and permissions (Data Cloud Setup, Data Spaces, roles/permission sets).
• Create and manage Data Streams and understand how they generate Data Lake Objects (DLOs) that can be mapped to the Customer 360 data model. NTAC:2SE-18
Salesforce Development Skills
The candidate demonstrates proficiency in key Salesforce development areas, with extensive knowledge and practical experience in Lightning Flow, Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Lightning Flow: Skilled in designing and implementing process automation and workflows using Salesforce Lightning Flow, enabling streamlined business processes and enhanced user experience.
• Apex: Possesses in-depth expertise in Apex, Salesforce's proprietary programming language, for developing custom logic, triggers, and integrations that extend platform functionality.
• JavaScript: Experienced in utilizing JavaScript to create interactive components and enhance the responsiveness of Salesforce applications.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Adept at developing modern, reusable, and efficient user interface components using LWC, resulting in scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Integration & Delivery Skills
• End-to-end implementation ownership: requirements → design → build → test →deploy → operate.
• Ability to design for data quality, deduplication, lineage, and reliability (SLAs,monitoring, error handling, replay strategy).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (strong preference). 5
• Experience with secure auth patterns such as using Salesforce as an identity provider NTAC:2SE-18
• Experience with downstream activation patterns (Marketing/Service/Sales use cases), segmentation, calculated insights, or governance.
• Experience working with privacy/compliance requirements and partitioning strategies(e.g., Data Spaces by brand/region)
