Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Shield & Security Management
  • Implement and manage Salesforce Shield features, including encryption, event monitoring, and field audit trails.
  • Ensure robust security by configuring profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

Salesforce CPQ Optimization
  • Configure, customize, and manage Salesforce CPQ solutions to support pricing, quoting, and discounting rules.
  • Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Billing for seamless operations.

DevOps Center & Release Management
  • Implement and manage DevOps tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center, Git, Jenkins, and CircleCI.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Oversee sandbox management, release cycles, and data migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Shield Expertise - Hands-on experience with encryption, event monitoring, and security configurations.
  • Salesforce CPQ Proficiency - Strong knowledge of product configurations, pricing models, and CPQ integrations.
  • DevOps & CI/CD - Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, version control, and automation tools.

Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) or Advanced Administrator (ADM211) (required).
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent developer certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, configuration, and security management.
