  • Present solutions to customers and prospects using Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related tools.
  • Continually engage with clients and prospects within assigned territory and maintain quota as assigned by the Government Sales Director.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-10 years of business development, account management, or sales experience supporting Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), or Aerospace & Defense customers.

  • Understanding government procurement processes and acquisition terminology.
  • Ability to develop relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrable professional sales skills and solid references.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Innovative, "make it happen" attitude with the ability to meet aggressive sales goals.
