Job Description: Salesforce Administrator (SOX Compliance) โ€“ Onsite | Bay Area, CA | Contract
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with SOX compliance experience for a contract role in the Bay Area, CA. The candidate will manage Salesforce CRM administration while supporting SOX compliance activities, ITGC, and audit readiness
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Salesforce CRM (profiles, roles, permission sets, security).
  • Support SOX compliance: ITGC, access controls, change management, SDLC.
  • Perform control testing, documentation, and evidence collection.
  • Partner with auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of SOX activities.
  • Review user access, segregation of duties, and remediation tracking.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration with SOX/IT audit exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of access management, ITGC, and compliance processes.
  • Experience working with auditors and compliance teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or CISA preferred.
