Role Overview
Mastercard's EDE Salesforce team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead and deliver strategic initiatives on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong administration and consulting expertise, capable of driving complex programs across cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in solution design, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment, while supporting ongoing M&A integration efforts across Mastercard's Salesforce ecosystem. This position blends hands-on platform expertise, strategic thinking, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile/SAFe framework
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions and solution design on the Salesforce Lightning platform
• Support Scrum teams in adhering to Agile best practices, including all ceremonies and delivery standards
• Develop and maintain key documentation such as user stories, functional specs, and design artifacts
• Track and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal teams
• Provide ongoing recommendations and strategic insights aligned to the product roadmap
• Present demos, prototypes, and solution walkthroughs to business stakeholders
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and thoughtful decision-making
• Lead acquisition integration programs and other high-impact initiatives involving significant system transformation
• Support Salesforce platform expansion across newly integrated entities
• Bring best practices for M&A system integration and data migration
• Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Drive consistent delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to define and implement best-fit designs
• Ensure successful outcomes for business use cases while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise
• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (required)
• Slack admin experience is a must have
• Proven ability to design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience in managing CPQ/RCA is a plus.
• Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions
• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with data management (data loads, mapping templates, Excel models)
• Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership)
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value
• Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems
• Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Seismic)
• Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions
• Prior experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
