Job Summary:
TalentBurst is an Inc 5000 company that specializes in connecting top talent with leading organizations. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator who possesses strong Salesforce administration experience and excellent stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security controls.
• Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions using declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, and custom objects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop effective Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and increase Salesforce adoption.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and executive decision-making.
• Manage data quality initiatives, including data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.
• Support Salesforce releases, testing efforts, deployment activities, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, configuration, security, and integration issues.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using APIs and approved integration tools.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, configuration standards, and knowledge base materials.
• Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to business and technical teams.
• Mentor junior administrators and assist in building internal Salesforce administration capabilities.
• Assist in establishing governance, security, change management, and platform support processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, records management, and data governance requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing enterprise applications.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Strong experience with Validation Rules.
• Strong experience with Approval Processes.
• Strong experience with Security Models.
• Strong experience with Reports & Dashboards.
• Strong experience with Custom Objects.
• Strong experience with Permission Sets.
• Strong experience with Profiles & Role Hierarchies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and facilitating requirements sessions.
• Experience supporting data migration, data quality, and system integration initiatives.
• Experience participating in testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Experience creating end-user training materials and providing user support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
