Who Develops You: Executive Director of Operations

What You'll Do:

  • Close sales to prospective clients, adhering to our high-performance standard of productivity, including lead follow-up and cold calling
  • Meet aggressive sales volume and profitability goals
  • Develop mastery of the Landvoice Platform and its evolving features to provide accurate product and service information to prospects and clients
  • Manage, organize, and update Landvoice's database as a result of lead generation efforts, events, and inbound and outbound sales activity
  • Implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and identify add-on sales opportunities
  • Perform other business development and selling duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities
  • Highly motivated by a growth and coaching culture
  • Creative spirit and highly accountable
  • Operates with a sense of purpose, urgency, and ownership
  • Highly proficient professional skill and/or knowledge in sales, with a habit of staying current on sales strategy and tactics thought leadership

Salary: $18-$20 per hour plus commission. This is an in office position, Monday through Friday.
