What does a sales transaction assistant do?

A Sales Transaction Assistant supports the sales team by handling the administrative and clerical aspects of sales transactions. This includes processing sales orders, managing customer information, preparing invoices, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. They often act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely sales processes. To effectively manage these challenges, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting demands. Collaborating closely with team members and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software can also help streamline processes and reduce errors.
