Responsibilities

  • Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs bydeterminingthe best products and solutions.

  • Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service throughtimelyquotations andaccuratesales orders.

  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.

  • Answer salescallsfor general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.

  • Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM)systemand phonesystem.

Qualifications

  • 0-3years of sales and/or customer service experience ispreferred.

  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.

  • Must have the ability to learn newsystemsandsoftware.

  • Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.

  • Proventrack recordof responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisionsin a timely manner.

  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.

  • Highlymotivated andcustomerservice orientedmentality withabilityto build relationships is a plus.

  • General digitalliteracyincluding Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
