Sales Support Specialist


Position Overview: 
We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as a critical link between our customers and sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication, order fulfillment, and issue resolution. If you're organized, proactive, and excel at supporting a team, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

Customer & Sales Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing updates.
  • Support outside sales reps by tracking orders, following up on shipments, and managing customer communications.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Order Processing & Documentation

  • Enter and track orders, manage files, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate drop shipments and warehouse communication to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Process returns and warranty parts, and manage internal documentation (e.g., dummy tickets).

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Manage email correspondence for the sales team, including customer-facing communications.
  • Verify acknowledgments and assist with sales documentation and appointment scheduling.
  • Support light inventory duties related to HVAC stock (e.g., Green Heck products).


What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and urgency.
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Able to deliver tough messages with clarity and empathy.


Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree preferred, but not required.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
