Title: Executive IT Support Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
Contract-to-Hire | 6-12 Month Initial Engagement

Global Data Center Services company is seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated, white-glove technology support to senior executives and executive assistants. This is a highly visible role supporting C-suite leadership, requiring exceptional technical expertise, executive presence, discretion, and a proactive approach to service.

Based onsite at the company's Austin headquarters, this individual will serve as a trusted technology partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless technology experiences in the office, during travel, and in high-profile meeting environments.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support to C-suite executives, senior leaders, and executive assistants.
  • Resolve technology issues quickly and discreetly with minimal disruption to executive productivity.
  • Provide support for laptops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, conferencing platforms, and executive meeting technologies.
  • Manage and support Apple and Windows devices, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
  • Support executive conference rooms, boardroom technology, video conferencing systems, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, network connectivity, VPN access, remote access solutions, and printing technologies.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure, engineering, service desk, and vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain executive hardware inventory, asset tracking, refresh schedules, and device management processes.
  • Anticipate executive technology needs and proactively implement solutions before issues impact business operations.
  • Provide support during executive meetings and special events when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • 2+ years supporting executives, VIP users, or senior leadership teams.
  • Strong experience supporting Apple products and macOS environments.
  • Experience supporting executive conference room technology and collaboration platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and ITIL-based support practices.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android.
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking, VPN, remote access, and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of Azure administration and Exchange Online.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, and executive AV environments.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
