Overview

Our Sales Support Coordinator receives requests for service or other support from commercial/high profile and special handling customers as well as internal customers, passes requests to appropriate persons and follows up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction. You will serve as the administrative resource for the national sales team as it relates to client relationships and service facilitation

Responsibilities

You Will...

  • Respond to inbound phone calls or emails from clients, branches and National Account Managers to support clients requesting service, information and other assistance
  • Enter customer requests into computer system and contacts service branch to verbally pass on requests
  • Provide explanation of service to customers
  • Perform quality calls to ascertain customer satisfaction
  • Make calls to branches to resolve service issues
  • Receive and updates service request
  • Facilitate customer information changes in systems
  • Independently makes day to day decisions as it relates to sales support management
  • Create, mail, and email customer reports to external and internal clients
  • Serve as initial Client Services liaison for resolution of customer inquiries
  • On-boarding new clients while reviewing AR expectations within department guidelines
  • Manage console entries to ensure requests meet contract requirements while also managing WO/POs for those required
  • Assist with backlog and other reports to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Collaborate with service branches to ensure emergency situations have been handled and solved, recorded appropriately and closed as applicable

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • High school diploma
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years in a high profile administrative function within a sales team environment
  • Experience in a National Account or other high profile customer contact with multi-location and high-revenue customer base
  • Must have strong working knowledge of the following operating administrative functions: National Account Sales, Client Service Processes and Procedures, Ability to execute multiple projects/deadlines
  • Must have the ability to facilitate RFP/RFI audits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literate
  • Some travel may be required
