The Opportunity
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer sales and service strategies. You will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their sales effectiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting practice, where you will develop customer-centric solutions and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction, cultivating potential in others, and actively teaming across the PwC Network.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
